Videos

The outlier feed across every channel you track. Studio, then Videos.

Needs at least one synced channel.

Outliers, not top videos

A video's outlier score is how far it beat its own channel's baseline, not how many views it got.

That is the useful measure. A 50,000 view video on a channel that normally does 5,000 tells you something worked. A 50,000 view video on a channel that normally does 500,000 tells you something failed. Raw view counts cannot distinguish those.

Sorting

SortSurfaces
Outlier (default)Biggest overperformers, all time
RisingGaining fastest over 7 days
Rising todayGaining fastest in the last 24 hours

Filter by channel, platform, minimum outlier score, date range, whether it has been analysed, and free text.

Rising today is where you catch something while it is still worth reacting to.

What you can do with one

ActionResult
Fetch transcriptPulls the transcript, YouTube only

Generate ideasContent ideas, into your idea Library

Transcript status is none, fetched, or unavailable. Unavailable means the video has no captions to read.

A working loop

  1. Sort by rising today, filter to a decent minimum outlier score.
  2. Open anything that made you stop scrolling.
  3. Fetch the transcript, then Analyse.
  4. If the insight transfers to your audience, Generate ideas.
  5. Triage those in Planning like any other idea.

Ten minutes, a couple of times a week.

Do not copy

Analysis tells you why something worked: the structure, the hook, the promise. That transfers. The topic usually does not.

Ideas generated from a video are grounded in your persona and pillars, not in the source video's subject, which is the point.

Breakout videos

The Dashboard surfaces videos crossing a velocity threshold, as a shortcut into this page for the ones that need looking at today.
