Collections

A collection groups saved posts, hooks and scripts under one name.

Studio, then Inspiration, then Collections.

What it is for

Research generates a lot of loose material. Collections give you somewhere to put the pieces that belong together.

Useful shapes:

  • A content series. Every post, hook and script for a five-part run.
  • A theme you are exploring. Everything about onboarding, until it becomes posts.
  • A launch. All the material for one announcement.

Using it

Create a collection. Then from any saved post, hook or script, use Add to collection.

An item can be in several collections. Removing it from a collection does not delete it.

What it is not

There are no due dates, no assignees, no statuses, no board. It is a labelled collection, deliberately.

Scheduling lives in Planning and the Queue. Collections are for the research stage, before anything is a draft.

When to skip it

If you post reactively, mining ideas and shipping them within the week, you will never need collections. That is a legitimate way to work.

Collections earn their place when you are building something multi-part and the pieces would otherwise scatter across several pages.
