Settings, then Connections, then TikTok. OAuth redirect, approve, return.

TikTok tokens are short-lived (24 hours), so they refresh on every scheduled run rather than occasionally. This is handled automatically.

Publishing

Video only.

TikTok requires a compose panel showing your current creator settings (who can view, whether comments and duet are allowed, and your account's own limits) fetched live at compose time. That is a TikTok rule, not a Postlyra choice, so the composer fetches it when you open a TikTok draft. If TikTok's API is slow, that panel is why the composer pauses.

Metrics

TikTok reports follower counts and per-video metrics, both synced automatically.

Saving TikTok videos

Postlyra does not read TikTok accounts, search TikTok or watch other people's videos. You can still save a single TikTok video into Inspiration: with the Chrome extension while you scroll TikTok, from the phone's share sheet, or by pasting its link. A pasted link saves whatever the public page shows a visitor, which can be little. The extension and the share sheet save the full post.

TikTok publishes no caption track, so a saved video is transcribed from its audio. That is an AI call on your credits, and it needs the video file link the extension or the phone sends along with the save. See Inspiration.
